Akshaya Tritiya

Akshaya Tritiya can be roughly translated as the Non-Depleting (Akshaya) Third Moon (Tritiya). It occurs just once a year between mid-April to mid-May. This year, it falls on May 3.

What makes Akshaya Tritiya unique amongst other wealth powertimes is the special form of wealth it is said to create. Where other forms of wealth can be spent and lost, Akshaya wealth never runs out. This is the day the Divine being, Kubera, attained his status as the Celestial Treasurer. According to Dr. Pillai, Kubera is an Archetype who represents an emperor's consciousness.
