Free Shreem Brzee Introduction Series (Part 4 of 7) 

 

Your thoughts can ruin you, uplift you, or protect you. You have to start with changing your habitual thought patterns.  

When you breathe in, you should breathe in with the sound Shreem Brzee along with the breath.  

Here is one simple technique that you should practice now:  

  • Close your eyes.
  • Put your attention in the two nostrils.
  • Breath in, breathe out.
  • Breath in, breathe out.  
  • Breathe in ... hold ... breathe out
  • When you breathe in, you should breathe in with the sound 'Shreem Brzee' along with the breath. It goes along with the breath. 
  • Now breathe in with Shreem Brzee. Now hold, and while you are holding, say 'Shreem Brzee' again.
  • Say it three times: 'Shreem Brzee, Shreem Brzee, Shreem Brzee'.
  • Breathe out, 'Shreem Brzee'.
  • Breathe in, 'Shreem Brzee'.
  • Breathe out, 'Shreem Brzee'.
  • If you cannot hold the breath, then you can send Shreem Brzee through both nostrils mentally.


Do this for at least one minute and you will be able to stay out of the forty or fifty thoughts you are normally thinking. This is something that everybody can do, and you can do it as many times as you want. There are no rules to it.
