Ganesha Sacrifices to Stop Your Suffering

Dr. Pillai teaches that Ganesha was the first one to figure out that sacrifice is at the heart of any change of karma.

For Ganesha’s birthday, the most important gift he offers is that of taking on the karma of people and allowing himself to be sacrificed so they can experience a new destiny. Special clay statues are created and then brought to life prior to his birthday, in the name of a sponsor. Then, through proxy technology, Ganesha absorbs the karma of the sponsor of the clay statue which is then taken to the ocean and dissolved.

Dr. Pillai relates this ceremony to Jesus’s crucifixion: 

“It is something like Jesus accepting the karma of people and then dying on the cross. But here it is the same technology, just represented in a different way since Ganesha cannot be seen and he is not living in a physical form. His crucifixion is in the form of his clay image taking on the karma of people. After that the image is dissolved. It is a very powerful ritual.”
